Susie Howell

Susie Howell is a Yoga teacher and Co-Director of Ibiza Retreats which was established in 2010 in Ibiza. She also runs glowwithsusie and teaches privately yoga, coaching, CBT and other tools. Trained to 500hr Yoga Alliance. 

Susie believes that we have the capacity to GLOW. That we are born with a certain resonnce of light and natural luminessence. Our light might get dimmed so that we feel disconnected from it, but it is always there shining steady and true at our centre. Yoga, meditation and other holistic practises have freed her from anxiety, panic attacks and imbalance. They have healed and empowered her to live her life with a little more ease and (she hopes!) grace too and are the foundations of her work and the passion that she wishes to share with you.
