I unrolled my mat for the first time at the age of 17 and since then my practice has never left me. I like to weave different styles and approaches to working with the body, mind and spirit into my classes.
I have grown to love teaching the more introspective practices, such as Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra, for their powerful methods when it comes to easing chronic pain and tension in the body, balancing emotions and building mental resilience.
