The Food 

During your stay, you’ll enjoy some of the best plant-based food in Ibiza. Our incredible private chefs’ prepare the most exquisite vegan food which doesn’t end with just the quality and taste of the dishes, the presentation is also phenomenal.

Pre-yoga bites, sumptuous brunch, an afternoon snack and a fine-dining dinner will be served daily.

All dishes are plant-based, gluten and refined sugar-free, focusing on using fresh, Ibizan ingredients in all the recipes. You will indeed taste the rainbow with the villa’s spectacular menu.

Our boutique-style luxury retreat home Can Shanti, is a traditional Ibiza-style finca, which has been stylishly renovated with tireless love and attention. Set against the backdrop and serenity of Ibiza’s northern hills, nestled in the rich pine forests – where the sun lingers until the final rays dip behind the trees. Can Shanti is the ultimate Ibiza experience – the perfect space to rest, reset and have a magical retreat.
